    Another tip that really worked for us was to go out and pick fruits and vegetables. When they were young, we found an organization that would harvest crops that weren’t “good” enough to go to market, and give the food to the needy. After each one of these outings, the kids were much more excited about eating the kind of food they had just learned to pick.
