Recipe: 

  • 7 large leaves of romaine
  • 5 leaves of lacinato kale
  • 6 apples (I like sweet apples)
  • 1 head fennel
  • ½ head celery
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 12 ounce pack baby spinach
  • 1” piece of gingerroot
  • 1 whole lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash the romaine and kale well.
  2. Wash the rest of fruit in veggies in cold water and then cut into small pieces so they fit into juicer. Proceed to juice all of the ingredients, alternating between the leafy veggies and the fruit.
  3. Stores in fridge for up to 2 days.
